A one-person practice,on purpose.

Large firms are good at scale. I am good at attention. My clients are founders, family businesses and professionals who want one qualified accountant who knows their books by heart — not a rotating cast of sign-offs.

The method is unfashionable: read everything, reconcile monthly, write plainly, and never let a deadline be a surprise. Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling — the useful work is the judgement around it.

If your numbers should be an asset rather than a season, we will get along.

(Our purpose)

Owner-run businesses deservebig-firm rigour.

M/s Akshata Dand & Associates exists so that small and owner-run businesses get the same standard of financial rigour that large corporations buy — without the bureaucracy that comes with it. That is the purpose of this practice.

(Shared values)

What you can hold us to.

01

Independence

Advice that answers to your interests, not to convenience or habit.

02

Rigour

Every number reconciled, every filing double-checked before it leaves the practice.

03

Plain speaking

If it cannot be explained simply, it is not finished.

04

Long-term thinking

Structures that hold up in year five, not just at filing time.

(Method)

How the work gets done.

01

Listen first

Every engagement starts with your numbers as they are — not as a checklist assumes them to be.

02

Fix the ledger

Reconciliations, filings and audits brought current, cleanly and on the record.

03

Stay ahead

A calendar you never think about, and advice before decisions — not after notices.
